This writing desk was commissioned by a returning client as a gift, developed to suit a domestic setting and intended for everyday use.

The piece is made from hand-selected German rift-cut oak and native sycamore, with detailing in ebony. The writing surface lifts to provide access to internal storage, with both the upper and inner surfaces lined in desktop linoleum; a warm, natural, and durable material suited to regular use.
