Stewart Cabinet & Bench

This project involved the design of a combined storage and seating solution, developed so that the two pieces could be positioned together or used independently, depending on the space and requirements.

The cabinet is constructed from European oak and English sycamore, with drawer boxes detailed using blind dovetails and fumed oak handle backsets. The accompanying bench is upholstered in Swedish vegetable-tanned leather, allowing the two pieces to relate through material and proportion while retaining distinct roles.
